B 410
The original BSTA 41 high-speed stamping press has a maximum tool installation width of 690 mm. Today, optimised production processes and maximum utilisation require a greater installation width. Based on the proven, high-quality BRUDERER BSTA 41 high-speed stamping press, we developed the B 410-690 high-performance stamping press.
It meets the demanding requirements of a modern, future-oriented high-speed stamping press.
Absolute encoders convert the feed length and ram height into digital signals, which are processed by the high-speed stamping press’s PC-based control system. Dynamic ram-height and feed-length control ► consistent dimensions of the parts produced by the tool and constant feed length across the entire stroke-rate range.
Control System
Advanced, future-oriented PC-based control system
- intuitive operation,
- integrated tool management software,
- network connectivity with other computers, e.g. “production planning”,
- productivity logging,
- press force measurement,
- tool protection according to customer requirements.
CE compliant and TÜV certified
The B410-690 high-speed stamping press was developed in compliance with the requirements of the CE conformity assessment procedure. The standards applicable to this machine type formed the basis for its development. The conformity assessment procedure was carried out and confirmed in cooperation with TÜV SÜD.
Electric drive
Variable-speed electric drive controlled by a frequency inverter.
