The BSTA 110 high-speed automatic blanking machine has a maximum tooling width of 1170 mm. Today, optimal production processes and maximum capacity utilization require a larger installation width. Based on the proven, high-quality BRUDERER BSTA 110H high-speed automatic punching machine, we have developed the B 1100-1600 high-performance automatic punching machine with a maximum tool installation width of up to 1600 mm.

An absolute encoder converts the feed length and ram height into digital pulses, which are processed by the punch press’s PC control system. Dynamic ram height and feed length control ► consistent tool production dimensions and consistent feed length across the entire stroke range.
