Using an absolute encoder, the feed length and ram height are converted into digital pulses, which are processed by the punch press’s PC control system. Dynamic ram height and feed length control ► consistent tool production dimensions and consistent feed length across the entire stroke range.

CE compliant and TÜV tested

The B 600-XXL high-speed automatic punching machine was developed in compliance with the guidelines of the CE conformity procedure. The standards applicable to this machine type were used as a basis. The conformity procedure was carried out and confirmed in cooperation with TÜV Süd
