Using an absolute encoder, the feed length and ram height are converted into digital pulses, which are processed by the punch press’s PC control system. Dynamic ram height and feed length control ► consistent tool production dimensions and consistent feed length across the entire stroke range.

The B 500-950, B 500-1150, and B 500-1250 high-speed automatic punching machines were developed in compliance with the guidelines of the CE conformity procedure.
