Automation

Absolute encoders convert the feed length and ram height into digital signals, which are processed by the high-speed stamping press’s PC-based control system. Dynamic ram-height and feed-length control ► consistent dimensions of the parts produced by the tool and constant feed length across the entire stroke-rate range.

CE compliant and TÜV certified

The B 600-XXL high-speed stamping press was developed in compliance with the requirements of the CE conformity assessment procedure. The standards applicable to this machine type formed the basis for its development. The conformity assessment procedure was carried out and confirmed in cooperation with TÜV SÜD.

Variable-speed electric drive controlled by a frequency inverter.
